8-year-old child with fungal otitis externa in Bali

My 8-year-old child got a fungal otitis externa while swimming. I was diagnosed and received a prescription at Bali Hospital, but I have visited more than 20 pharmacies in Bali and couldn't find anything similar. There are only antifungal creams. 
There are only antibiotics, no fungal ear drops. Since Balinese people live in humid areas, they might be susceptible to it, but aren't there any medications? I have to stay here for about 6 more days, but I don't know what to do ㅜㅜ Should I go to Denpasar tomorrow to look for it …. If that doesn't work, should I go to a pet shop ;; Or should I just leave it as is and solve it in Korea?
