- Job Title: Indonesia Business Development Manager
- Employment Type: 6-month contract (conversion to regular employment possible)
- Location: Indonesia (Jakarta area)
2. Main Responsibilities
- Overall management of digital talent development program operations in Indonesia
- Management of local instructors and quality control of education
- Operation of communication between headquarters and local offices and issue reporting
- Development of local partnerships and discovery of business opportunities
- Monitoring technical issues in program operations and proposing improvement plans
3. Qualifications
- Ability to communicate in English and Indonesian
- Ability to manage performance and reporting based on data
- Strong communication skills with various stakeholders
4. Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related field
- Understanding of the IT/software education industry
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira
- Network in local education and IT industries
