Last month, I paid for a pro subscription on the Claude homepage with Korean Won (KRW).
It turned out to be ₩35,000 with DCC fees added on ㅠㅠ
These days, the exchange rate is decent too (when it's bad, the KRW price on the homepage is despairing), so I looked into and asked about paying in dollars,
and the conclusion was that my current subscription needs to end first, then pay with USD.
However, I'm also trying to subscribe to chatGPT (on the homepage), but no matter what I do, I can't pay in USD.
It seems like both Claude and chatGPT use Stripe for payments, so there's a possibility that even after my Claude subscription ends, I won't be able to pay with USD.
And these days, the JPY exchange rate also looks decent. Where do you all (on the homepage?) and how do you pay (KRW, USD?)?
Could you please tell me if there's a way to pay with USD or JPY?
If that doesn't work, I hope at least I can avoid paying the DCC fees.
