During the North Gyeongsang wildfire, three Indonesians who saved Koreans from the fire were granted long-term residency status.
They didn't come to Korea for asylum or to make money.. They've been working in poor conditions for a long time, and the Central Disaster Relief Headquarters is boasting about giving them the right to continue earning money.
There are more comments saying that it would be better to give them a reward and send it to their families.
Even I would want to earn the target amount quickly and return to my hometown where my family is.
The working environment for foreigners in our country isn't good either..
I just hope that they won't suffer any emotional pain from bad people while they are staying in Korea for a long time.
