1. Recruitment Field and Number of Positions
Researcher (0 positions)
- Preparation of reports related to Korea-Indonesia Marine Plant Cooperation Center operations (weekly, monthly reports, business plans, etc.)
- Support for R&D and ODA project operations
- Work location: Korea-Indonesia Marine Plant Cooperation Center (located within the Indonesia Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries building)
※ Duties may change according to department assignment and job distribution
2. Eligibility Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be at least 19 years of age
- No disqualifications for overseas travel
- No disqualifications under Article 33 of the Civil Service Act
- Not subject to employment restrictions under Article 56 of the Act on the Protection of Children and Adolescents against Sexual Abuse
- No application eligibility restrictions under other laws
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Indonesian
- Experience in national R&D or outsourced projects
3. Working Conditions
❍ Contractual employee of BRES Center, not a civil servant
❍ Contract period: 1 year from the date of employment (including 3-month probation period)
※ After 2 years, conversion to permanent contract possible after evaluation (100% conversion rate for permanent contracts in the last 3 years)
❍ Compensation: Approximately 24 million won per year (before tax, excluding severance pay)
❍ Work schedule: 5-day week (Monday to Friday, 10:00 ~ 16:00, including 1-hour break)
※ Friday is remote work
❍ Benefits: Coverage under 4 major insurance, etc. with application of the Labor Standards Act
