Main Tasks of On-Site General Affairs
• Management of on-site office and facilities
• Management of local staff at the site
• Permitting, leasing, public affairs management, and management of cooperating companies
• Reception and etiquette for visitors
• Various administrative tasks such as contracts and cost settlement
※ Main work locations: Kalimantan/Sulawesi region mines and palm oil plantations
(Jakarta rotation work is possible)
Qualifications and Preferred Conditions
Required Experience
• More than 3 years of experience in related fields
(Entry-level applicants are also welcome)
Common Qualifications
• Education/Major: Bachelor's degree or higher / Any major
• No disqualification for working in Indonesia
• Ability to utilize business English or Indonesian
• Good understanding of Indonesian culture
• Ability to work on site
Preferred Conditions
• Experience working at a site in Indonesia
• Fluent in Indonesian
