As the United States pushes a plan to urge allies to choose between the US-led and Chinese AI ecosystems, a de facto 'new Cold War' structure is solidifying in the AI field, following semiconductors.
The US State Department reportedly drafted a letter to be sent to 35 countries (including Korea, Japan, Australia, and Kazakhstan) that have signed the US-led AI alliance.
