It's an e-book reader app
In keeping with the current trend I finished it without opening the code even once, so I have no idea whether the internals are well written..haha
It works well though, since I use it every day I've tested it a lot
The one gap is that I don't read comics, so testing on the comic side is quite lacking
I built the app because it was inconvenient having to split and save large files that wouldn't open, so it reads large files just fine
For comics it includes upscaling and a feature that finds each panel and shows it zoomed in (though I haven't been able to test it..)
I published it as a free app with no restrictions on the viewer functionality itself (ads are only added on the list screen!)
Only the cross-device reading-position sync, which requires a server, runs on a subscription..
I could distribute it on Android too, but there seem to be a lot of hurdles to registering on the Play Store
Personally I've installed it on an Android-based e-book reader and it works well..we'll see whether I can get it into the store..
