Is this what NVP Wheel is supposed to be like??

Have I ridden maybe 50km? The rim near the front wheel nipple of my ENVE Pro wheel, bought not long ago,
burst, so I filed an A/S request with the importer through the shop.
It was filed around early July, and since they said a new unit would arrive on August 9, I waited a month.

When I checked yesterday, the arrival was postponed and the schedule is undecided.
The shop said it only found out after asking the importer.

Here is a summary of what I heard when I called the importer myself.

They said the wheel's A/S had been filed with ENVE headquarters and that they would lend me an Innerdrive to use in the meantime. Not the Pro, just the regular Innerdrive — I bought one with my own money before, so I know what it is.
I already do not understand why an Innerdrive comes out as the substitute loaner when I bought the Pro, and the importer representative's next answer made even less sense.

The arrival date for my wheel under A/S is undecided, and the answer is that they are checking. There was no word on when they checked, what ENVE headquarters replied, or when the next update would come. Judging from the past month's experience, I understood that this too is something I would have to call the importer to ask about.

I only learned that the arrival schedule had been pushed back by calling after the scheduled date had passed,
and while I understand that it is hard to contact every individual customer, I think at the very least the shop should have been notified.

When I said I would contact headquarters directly, they told me to go ahead.

Since it contrasts so sharply with GL&Co's A/S response below,
I am leaving this post for your reference.
