I'm writing this to share a pleasant AS experience ㅎ
Since December last year, I've been using Lora on weekdays and Field Riding on weekends, so I use Lora quite a lot.
About a week ago, there were occasional rattling noises and vibrations.
Yesterday, the noise and vibration became so severe that it was no longer possible to use it indoors.
This morning, I submitted an AS request with a video, and they said they would send me a refurbished product. They said I should put the one I'm using in the box of the product they sent me and leave it outside,
and they would pick it up.
Actually, if they asked me to send the product back, I didn't have a box, and even if I somehow managed to send it back, there might be problems finding the problem, repairing it,
or saying that there are no parts available, so it would take a long time. In the worst case, they might say there's nothing wrong or that there's nothing they can do about it, just use it as is.
I was worried about what to do, but they handled it so neatly and quickly that I was deeply moved.
