[Ju Tae-a's Investment Note] 0726 Stock Market Bag Lecture Review + Countermeasures Super Simple Summary

The names of all the study groups end in 'dang,' so they're all cute^^ I moved from another place and took refuge in Damong, but even though I used to write things, I thought it would be helpful to move some of them here.

I am a stock novice (not even at the level of a beginner) named Jutae. I listened with interest to what Igwangsu and Park Sidong said in Kumbong, but since last year I started investing. While doing so, I listened to as many other economic broadcasts as possible and organized them, and now I mainly study information from '12 o'clock Meeting' and Sidong Wiki.

I attended a free lecture on stock investment held by the Stock Investment Association on July 26th. I will briefly summarize Igwangsu's story about how to respond in a downtrend, which was recently shared at the lecture. It may be obvious to experts, but I hope it will be helpful^^

During the one-month break, I happened to win a lottery for their lecture and attended. Since I've been listening to '12 o'clock' and Sidong Wiki's Economic Spoonfuls regularly, most of the content was familiar, but there were quite a few useful things that I could only hear and learn at the sceneㅎㅎ That's why I think this lecture (even if it's held in another region) is worth attending. The atmosphere at the venue was amazing even though it was early.

The lecture also provided specific ways to deal with the recent crazy fluctuations or downtrends. As someone who calls themselves a 'stock novice' and tries to absorb almost everything from these two teachers' books and lectures, here are my conclusions and countermeasures.

1. Don't leave the stock market, or rather the national index.

2. Don't despair or be swayed by negative outlooks just because it's a downtrend.

3. Respond. Index ETFs and semiconductor stocks are still worth holding.

4. However, if the index falls below a predetermined threshold (the threshold will be different for each person), sell 30%. Prepare ammunition needed in an uptrend. And buy when the uptrend comes soon.

Regarding the ongoing panic selling by individual investors

There is a phenomenon where individual investors are dumping stocks even in an uptrend, while foreigners are buying them. Why do they sell when it's going up? It's because of anxiety about the unpredictable market. But now is not the time to give in to fear and dump inventory. The market needs to reach a true bottom and find stability...

And here's a brief summary of my investment strategy for the future

It's not easy for me to learn about the stock market, even though it may seem obvious to experts. But I cautiously think that I am learning well at first... Some people are predicting a downtrend today due to overnight news from China, and some are even saying 'it's over,' but do we really need to spread despair?

My main job is important, but so is investing. I just want to stay in the market consistently according to the principles I learned. Colleagues at Damoang, why don't we go together without worrying about daily ups and downs^^
