Starting from after last autumn
the Homyeongsan up-and-downhill section toward Sangcheon Station
had a pretty bad road surface because of pipeline construction.
Repaving was recently completed so it's fine now.
Climbing from the eastern side or from Petit and Bokjang-ri and descending toward Sangcheon
has improved.
However, the Bokjang-ri direction.. apart from the cafe street, is still not good. Construction vehicles are coming in because of additional glamping work...ugh..
Anyway... that's how it is
