I do not have children yet
On weekdays I get home at 6:30 after work
and by the time I eat dinner and do the dishes it is 8
I rest a little and from 9 to 10
depending on when I start, I do 1 to 1.5 hours on the trainer
(intervals for 1 hour, LSD for 1.5 hours)
I do this about 2~3 days on weekdays
and since I have to go out somewhere on the weekend too, I ride one day then
so 3~4 days a week in total. If I ride like crazy, 5 days,
which barely gives me about 7 hours of riding a week,
and I ride drooling every time I do intervals,
so I was wondering why I am stuck in the low 3-point range even riding like this, and then I searched some posts
and there are an incredible number of people riding more than 10 hours a week...
I thought I was riding hard, squeezing out time I do not have,
and I was astonished at how many people truly ride hard..
In the end the reason for my lack of growth (or very slow growth).. was simply not enough riding time
Riding a measly 5~7 hours a week with intervals 2~3 times and a TSS in the low-to-mid 300s,
I find myself looking back at the me who was hoping his skills would improve
