The 2026 Yangpyeong Gran Fondo will be held in Yangpyeong on August 29 (Saturday).


Below is the course table posted by the organizers..

Below, I drew the course myself on Strava in order to get accurate information on each climb.

And I looked around the climbs on the course that are worth noting.

1) Dosirakjae west side

- Starts about 12.59km after the start

- Length 3.20km, average gradient 3.4%

* It qualifies as Cat.4 under the UCI climb standard. (3.20*1000*3.4=10,880)

* It corresponds to 6★ on my own climb scale.


2) Geureutgogae west side

- Starts about 19.57km after the start

- Length 0.71km, average gradient 5.6%

* It does not qualify for any Category under the UCI climb standard. (0.71*1000*5.6=3,976)

* It corresponds to 5★ on my own climb scale.


3) Teokgeorigogae west side

- Starts about 36.9km after the start

- Length 1.50km, average gradient 6.8%

* It qualifies as Cat.4 under the UCI climb standard. (1.50*1000*6.8=10,200)

* It corresponds to 7★ on my own climb scale.


4) Geonjisan

- Starts about 43.4km after the start

- Length 0.72km, average gradient 7.5%

* It does not qualify for any Category under the UCI climb standard. (0.72*1000*7.5=5,400)

* It corresponds to 7★ on my own climb scale.


5) Jeonyanggogae east side

- Starts about 63.1km after the start

- Length 0.65km, average gradient 7.4%

* It does not qualify for any Category under the UCI climb standard. (0.65*1000*7.4=4,810)

* It corresponds to 7★ on my own climb scale.


6) Geumuigogae

- Starts about 65.84km after the start

- Length 0.28km, average gradient 13.9%

* It does not qualify for any Category under the UCI climb standard. (0.28*1000*13.9=3,892)

* It corresponds to 13★ on my own climb scale.


7) Danggogae

- Starts about 81.3km after the start

- Length 0.53km, average gradient 8.9%

* It does not qualify for any Category under the UCI climb standard. (0.53*1000*8.9=4,717)

* It corresponds to 8★ on my own climb scale.


※ Danggogae and Gogiljae (Gogilgogae) are joined together as a two-stage combo and form the KOM section of the event.

8) Gogiljae (Gogilgogae)

- Starts about 82.35km after the start

- Length 0.65km, average gradient 12.8%

* It qualifies as Cat.4 under the UCI climb standard. (0.65*1000*12.8=8,320)

* It corresponds to 12★ on my own climb scale.
