I am using Shimano Dura DI2 12 speed, which was released as a limited quantity of 100 units. For the past year, the left lever has not been working, so I have been using Syncro Noise. When I inquired with SRAM, they said that the symptom occurred because the wireless communication cable interfered during the brake lever release process. Since it was an early product, warranty was impossible, and while using it, the right lever also showed the same symptom. After connecting the left and right sides with a wired cable and operating it, it is currently working normally like 11-speed DI2.
