A pleasant ride together with good weather.
This is the weather uncle.
Since Monday no further severe heatwave warning has been issued,
and thinking the breeze on yesterday afternoon's walk had turned cool,
I went out on the bike this morning.
It was nice once I set off.
A gentle breeze.
But as the sun came up my heart rate went high
and it got hard.
I came home and rested for a long while, and then
my Apple Watch heart rate alert came up.
Saying a heart rate above 100 had been sustained for a long time without activity.
For now, thinking it has turned cool seems to be an illusion.^^
I had better not ride during the day.
