Someone wearing Seoul City Hall clothing told a cyclist that he was sponsoring... and so on, asked for a phone number... blah blah
It seems such a conversation took place, and just in case
I am posting this wondering whether this person is ㅌㅌㅌㅁ
If it is him.... to stop the person who spoke with him from being scammed....
I took this during a night ride on Bukak Skyway on Monday....
