I switched from a Corima mcc47dx 28c clincher to Enve 4.5 with Race Day 29c tires. I do not ride well but my body is extremely sensitive, so I am writing this
Seen from behind, the tire bulge is enormous. If Corima is a water-drop shape, Enve feels like a ㄷ shape. Ride long and your backside hurts just the same. Corima 80/85
Enve 50/55 air pressure; there is no dramatic cushioning. Of course it does filter out the fine vibrations
What my body feels most over a 100km ride is the sliding sensation when the asphalt surface is good, and the way the speed does not drop but decreases slowly when you stop pedaling and the odd feel in cornering, since the internal width changed from 19 to 25 there is a part you have to adapt to. Anyway, the rolling really comes through in the body
The conclusion is that I like it and want to go for the Innerdrive, but that would probably be a side story, it would cost over a million won extra, my wife would not allow it either, and since genuine decals cost about 110,000 won it would not feel like a waste of money to change them, so I have settled on changing the decals. The decals are white, but this middle-aged uncle wants to be a young-forty uncle so I am thinking of something flashy ㅋㅋ
