I'm making this because I was curious about how much in fines I collected from the reports I made.
It wouldn't be fun to do it in Excel, and I wouldn't feel like I made it myself, so I'm trying to make it into a program.
I'm thinking of making an Android app as well once the Windows program development is complete.
Once I get better at it, I plan to try WPF too. I'm still not used to designing Windows programs with XAML;;
