2. Improved to provide information in the 'National Research & Development Innovation Act Manual' to AI when reviewing regulations.

- Question: I'm wondering if it's possible to increase the research allowance compared to the initial agreement. Please refer to the National Research & Development Innovation Act Manual for the answer and let me know which pages of the manual contain relevant information so that I can check the original text myself.
