HMD launches a new smartphone called Asha 305 aimed as a "lite smartphone" alternative with a 5-inch screen and a removable battery. The phone runs on the Pulse OS operating system based on Android and is supported by more than 100 popular applications such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, and YouTube. The Asha 305 is powered by a Unisoc T137 chipset, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, and a 2MP rear and front camera. The 2500 mAh battery is claimed to last up to 32 hours in standby mode. The Asha 305 is sold for around Rp 1.1 million in the Philippines and is expected to be available in other countries in the coming weeks.
