Salaries of managers of the Red and White Village/Sub-district Cooperative (KDKMP) will be covered by the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) for the first two years of operation. After this period, manager salaries will be transferred to each cooperative from their business income. This salary scheme is regulated in a Presidential Regulation (Perpres) on the Governance of Red and White Village Cooperatives which is being finalized. Management of other cooperatives, such as employees, will be paid from the internal income of the cooperative. Cooperative members will receive profits through the distribution of net business results (SHU).
