According to MarketWatch on the 23rd (local time), analysts at Signum Global Advisors, a geopolitical advisory firm, developed a formula by utilizing President Trump's characteristic sensitivity to market movements.
"It could happen as early as July 22nd and will 'definitely' happen by July 30th at the latest" they explained, adding "Considering past trends, July 26th is the most likely date.
