Hello. I've been using AI frequently for language learning lately, and my usage has increased quite a bit. As a result, I often exceed the limit and am considering whether to pay for a subscription.
The problem is that I've been living in Vietnam since this year. When I try to pay from my smartphone using ChatGPT, the price is displayed in Korean won, but when I check on my laptop, it's displayed in VND instead of won, and there's also a benefit of one month free use for plus. Moreover, in the case of the go plan, it's almost half as cheap as the Korean standard.
So I tried to register my card and pay based on the Vietnamese dong standard, but the payment was not approved. It says "This is an attempt to circumvent the system." I wonder if this is because it's detected as an attempt to bypass the system ㅠㅠ or if it's not possible for overseas residents to use it at all based on the local currency standard.
