Disney reportedly notified employees of Pixar, National Geographic, ABC News, and ESPN of layoffs, according to Yonhap News Agency, citing the US daily Los Angeles Times (LAT) on the 22nd.

The organization most affected is Pixar, which produced animations such as 'Toy Story' and 'Inside Out'.

At Pixar, about 100 employees in the production and operations departments lost their jobs out of a total of 1,100 employees. The fact that layoffs have occurred despite recent successes with 'Hopers' and 'Toy Story 5', leading to the assessment that Pixar has entered another golden age, is drawing attention.
