I've wanted to go for several years now
I signed up for the Seoraksan Grand Fondo.
I'm over 50, so I wonder
if I can finish it?
That thought comes to mind.
When I was young, I was healthy, but now
my body is starting to creak a bit. Is this what it means to get old?
Thinking about that, I worry about how
I should run 208k.
If you climb the five peaks of Dongbu on Jarin-i, the average speed
is 19km, which is too slow~ Ugh…
Who are those people with an average speed of 30km?
I signed up with a big heart anyway,
so I'll aim to finish and start preparing from now on.
Maybe this is the last one in my life~!
Please give me advice and encouragement from senior runners~
