It's really bad. Shady areas (under bridges, etc.) are very wet
Especially the part from Jamsil to Tancheon Water Gate is just half mud and half ice, which is very scary.
There were a lot of puddles everywhere.
Since melted snow also crosses the road, there are puddles/wet road surfaces all along the way.
If you don't mind getting your clothes dirty, you can run except for the Tancheon Water Gate...
The condition of Tancheon is very, very bad.
