A friend asked me to recommend a good value wheelset for upgrading their boat's wheels, but I couldn't recommend anything right away.
I just simply recommended something based on price.
All brands have new wheel sets that cost over 200, so it's hard to call them good value,
and I also thought about whether it might be better to spend a little more and go with a major brand.
Or maybe just customizing would be much cheaper.
