Paying for admission and only receiving stickers at this event.
Since it was a paid event, I inquired about product quantities before the refund period.
However, only after the refund period had ended did I receive a response saying "we cannot disclose that."
On-site queue number 36/37. (waited about 1 hour ago)
When I checked with two staff members (1st and 2nd floor), I was informed that there were "approximately 20 helmets."
However, the popular packages '150,000-A (helmet), B (tire)' and '100,000-A (goggles)' were all sold out before my turn.
(Helmets sold out shortly after starting, goggles sold out at number 36 being the last)
If there was a 1 per person limit, I question how many were actually prepared.
There were many boxes of tires and goggles on-site, and helmets were shipped by courier so there were no boxes since you only needed to apply
As a result, I estimate the helmet quantity was extremely small
There was no disclosure of quantities, and the guidance was inconsistent.
The promised compensation for "if you can't buy it, we'll provide it" was just a one-time sample kit.
Honestly, it's hard to accept.
Ultimately, rather than an event,
this seemed to be structured to lure ticket purchases and on-site sales with a small amount of bait products.
From the perspective of visiting after spending time and money, I am very disappointed.
I hope those planning to participate next year will take note.
