- Confirmed that the status didn't change to 'in delivery' even though Thursday business hours ended, and left an inquiry
- The response was "It shipped on 2/19 (Thu) and will take 1-2 days."
• 2/20 (Fri) 7:59 PM
- Confirmed that the status didn't change to 'in delivery' even though Friday business hours ended, and left an inquiry
- The response was "It shipped on 2/19 (Thu) and will take 1-2 days. Contact the courier company"
• 2/21 (Sat) 12:09 PM
- Confirmed that the status didn't change to 'in delivery' even at Saturday noon, and left an inquiry
- The response was "I already replied to your previous inquiry"

- Received dark green color instead of the navy color I purchased. Note: dark green is cheaper. (based on Rapha official website)
- Left an inquiry saying the wrong color arrived
- The response was "Direct exchange has been registered. I'll let you know the process"

- The wrongly shipped product (dark green) was picked up
• 2/23 (Mon) 8:55 PM
- Replacement product arrived.
- Couldn't check the product due to overtime work.
• 2/24 (Tue) around 9:00 PM
- When I checked the replacement, the wrongly shipped product (dark green) arrived "again."
- Left an inquiry saying the wrong color arrived
- The response was "I apologize. (Initial apology) You can request a new exchange only after the inspection of the original exchange product is completed. Please request a new exchange once the inspection is complete."
In conclusion, next-day delivery guarantee not only failed, but 165 hours (7 full days) have passed,
and once the inspection is complete, I have to request the exchange myself.
My estimate is it will take at least 11 days. The problem is that even if I reapply, another wrong color seems likely to come
Not recommended to buy Rapha from Musinsa. It's really frustrating... → I recommend Rapha's official website
