While using the TrimOne Light, I encountered a battery charging issue and sent it in for repair. First, I checked the retailer's website, but all products were out of stock, and a Q&A inquiry I made in November remained unanswered. After sending it in for repair, I forgot about it until August 13th-18th, when I sent daily inquiries. Even though it was a holiday period, the message I sent on the 13th showed as read, but then disappeared a minute later. After the holidays ended, on the 19th, I received a reply stating that the repair process was just beginning due to scheduling delays. Shouldn't they have notified customers in advance if they were taking a break during the holiday season?... So, I decided not to worry about it and moved on. Then, I received a call from an unknown number. The caller said they had ordered a new Trim product but received the speedometer I had sent in for repair. Fortunately, I had attached my phone number to the package, so it wasn't a complete disaster;; How could they send a repaired product to someone who purchased a new one? They never contacted me about the status of my repair. The customer service hours are not available on weekends, and Monday is a substitute holiday with limited customer service hours from 11 am to 3 pm... I have to go back to school starting Tuesday, so I won't be able to contact them. It's really frustrating.
