I've been driving for 13 years.
Today, while I was driving on the rightmost lane, there was a stopped car, so when I overtook it on the left, that car also started moving.
I heard the horn and drove past
After that, the car approached from the left, and since my car was driving on the right, the car came in with the gap narrowed to the point where contact was likely, and it reduced speed as it came in.
They threw profanity through the open window, and in the process briefly stopped and then drove off.
After that, I followed them and even recorded the license plate number on my dashcam, so I have the footage along with the incident.
What would be the right way to report or handle this?
I have experience reporting a hit-and-run in a parking lot directly to the police.
I also have experience filing a complaint when someone cursed on a business's Naver Place page.
This is my first time experiencing aggressive driving in a car-to-car situation...
