Hello~~
I mainly do field riding throughout the year.
Since I don't separately measure FTP indoors, last year I ran hard for an hour in the field and got 210W.
So, roughly based on an FTP value of 215, I set up my power zone and have been riding.
Recently, since I haven't measured FTP, it was difficult to determine my current FTP value. However, there is a function in the app that calculates FTP based on field and indoor riding data, so I tried using it.
My FTP came out to be 208W, which is 7W lower than expected.
Usually, once you set your FTP, you keep it unchanged for a while. But now that I can calculate my current FTP based on recent riding data, I can immediately set the zone and start riding, which is great.
Anyway, it's scary to think that my FTP is gradually decreasing over time. ㅎㅎ
