During the winter, I've been riding a spinning bike without a power meter or heart rate monitor. (Resistance/gear manually adjusted)
I don't think I'll be able to reach my mileage goal this month, so getting chicken might be difficult. (Is mart chicken an option?)
You get about 1,000 won for every 50km ridden. (Does that convert to 600 won when transferred to Naver Pay money?)
But I'm not sure how to calculate the calories burned during exercise....
It's definitely harder than riding a regular bike for the same amount of time,
but it seems like the actual calories burned are inflated by twice the amount.
