Speed guns are used to enforce speed limits. ㅎㅎㅎ
Australia is really great.
There is a road culture where conditions are in place for cyclists to ride safely, but it doesn't stop there; riders also adhere to keeping speeds down on shared paths with pedestrians.
As someone who has only briefly experienced cycling in Australia, compared to Korea's situation... it seems perfect.
I've never actually seen bicycle speed enforcement before.... ㅎㅎ
Overspeeding is $333 Australian dollars, and no helmet is $167 Australian dollars.. ㅎㅎ
