An acquaintance of mine just started cycling over the weekend
and had a minor collision with a pedestrian on the Han River
It happened on the bike path, but everyone's pinning 100% of the blame on the cyclist
Is it actually true that there's no CCTV on the Han River?
The bike didn't have a dashcam either,
but even though it's technically a bike path, it's frustrating that it's automatically being framed as 100% the cyclist's fault regardless...
Wondering if there's really no way to sort this out..
