I was looking for information about a broken Tevelo integrated handlebar, and I saw a post saying that the contract with Jibis, the importer, has ended.
Jibis used to be the domestic distributor for Pertual wheels and Tevelo bikes. It says that after the contract ends, the headquarters will contact domestic retailers directly.
In a letter sent to buyers, it stated that warranties and AS for buyers would not be disrupted.. but it doesn't seem to be going smoothly.
My handlebar AS or warranty inquiry has been "inquiring for over a month but there is no answer.." and there is no change in the answer..ㅎㅎ
Or maybe it's because it's a handlebar, not a wheel or frame. ㅎㅎ
I am writing this for those who are considering purchasing or who have already purchased but did not know.
