My tire ripped while riding home from work yesterday.
I thought it would be hard to find a gravel tire right away (I'm the only one around who rides gravel).
I thought about putting on an MTB tire.
The gravel bike I ride has a maximum clearance of 53C,
and the 29-inch 2.1 size tire is also 53C.
Here's a picture of the tire installed.
The front is 45C and the rear is 53C.
It's an XC tire, so there's no tread in the center, and there's still plenty of clearance.
There's room to consider installing knobby tires of the same size.
This is about it for the chainstay.
I'm only going to use it temporarily, so I'll try it out for a while and then go back to 40C.
I need to go for a ride this weekend to see how it feels.
It already feels heavy ㅋㅋ
