Had fracture surgery and rehab after a crash back in September '24....
I thought about selling the bike but...
with a mechanical groupset and rim brakes, both rare(?) these days, it wouldn't even sell well...
and it's a bike with too many memories attached, so I don't want to sell it either
but just leaving it in storage takes up space, and it's not just the bike but the helmet and other gear too...
so I decided I should start the season back up again, and for now I've just dropped it off at my local shop for an overhaul.
Is there anyone else here who's gotten back on the bike after fracture surgery??
Not sure if there's still trauma left or not...but if anyone's overcome it, please share your story.
