Can you tell if the following text and transaction process is a scam pattern?

Hello. I would like to purchase an XXX bicycle. Since direct transactions are not possible, I am currently using a visit pickup service. The delivery driver will pick it up, so you don't have to worry about packaging. I will cover the shipping cost and would like to receive it by courier. If I purchase it, when can the item be shipped?
This is how they induce buyer payment through Haru jangter (a Korean online marketplace) and seller registration and withdrawal.
Currently, withdrawals are not possible.
They only contact me by text message asking me to contact customer service, and they say that calls are impossible due to various excuses.
