It's been 3 years since I switched to Shimano
I replaced the coin battery in the gear shifter for the first time.
It's different from SRAM's battery location and replacement method.
You have to remove the rubber cover by pulling it upward and loosening a very small + screw to open the cover.
The tool kit doesn't have such a small + driver or - driver.
I loosened it with a small - driver in the office. I should prepare small - screws in the tool kit.
SRAM lets you loosen it with a 100 won coin at the bottom of the shifter
so no additional tools are needed when replacing the battery.
PS_
When riding, basically a puncture repair kit,
Even if you don't know how to remove the tire, I hope you carry a tube with you.
People who get flats frequently = repair kit / no tube
The pattern of borrowing someone else's tube and riding, then paying for the tube value later.
