Let me introduce you to a nice place to visit for a day trip from Jakarta.
Taman Budaya Sentul City complex.
It's about an hour away from Jakarta on weekdays.

If you park here and walk out... there are several nice
beautiful cafes and restaurants in a small park.
Surrounding the small park are several restaurants and cafes

All of them are restaurants that do more than average.
The first wide brunch cafe you see..Flowey
Here, drinks, gelato, or desserts are better than meals.
The staff are cheerful and really kind.
If you walk around the park and go up...
There's a Thai restaurant, and the tom yum soup here is perfect for a Korean-style hangover cure
style.

you can have meals and coffee at
Finch Coffee & Kitchen.
Across from it is a Korean red bean
shaved ice place that was quite popular with locals.
Across the road above Finch Coffee & Kitchen, there is another
dining area continues and you can ride quad bikes
There's also a leisure park where you can do so.
(It's been several months since I visited, so there might be some changes)
On weekends, to get away from stuffy Jakarta, take a walk and enjoy delicious
food and want to have a cup of coffee at a cafe with a good view
