Finally.  It's slow but gradually something is taking shape.

But arresting only Yoon Suk-yeol is Kim Keon-hee cutting off the tail

That's what I think.  

Since everything of this government was under Kim Keon-hee's command

Only when the special investigation law for Kim Keon-hee passes and Kim Keon-hee is also arrested 

will I feel at peace.
