Wonju Grand Pond reverse driving impressions --;;

The day before, I cleaned the chain, pulleys... checked air pressure, and diligently prepared provisions and clothes...
Stupidly, I didn't charge the Di2 battery ㅜㅜ
I thought it would be okay since I remember charging it recently...

At the 30km mark, the front derailleur died
At the 60km mark, the rear derailleur died ㅜㅜ

I couldn't hold my teammates back, so I sent them ahead first, and turned around to head back to the medio course via reverse riding.
Riding back alone in reverse, many riders looked at me with curious eyes saying "What's that guy doing?" I felt like I had become quite the attention-seeker ^^;;

Then at the medio fork point, worried that climbing the uphill with the shifters not working would be too painful, I set the navigation to the shortest route and went pioneering the course on my own.

Over Guryong Pass (which is next to Guryong Stream), over Yanganchigogae Pass, and continuing through 5-8% grade uphills ㅡㅡ; Ah, I came for the shortest route but it ended up being medio or similar difficulty anyway;;
All this frustration, sadness, anger - it's all because of me... Once I let go and just enjoyed the scenery I was seeing for the first time, I ended up enjoying it later ㅎㅎ
Especially the Yanganchijae uphill was really long, there was even a lake, and the cherry blossoms were really pretty!

I learned a good lesson that for future races, I will always fully charge the di2 battery before going.
(Before entering Wonju, at a remote small uphill, I unexpectedly got a como gift ㅇ,.ㅇ;;)
Always make charging a habit and take care!
