이재명 대통령은 최근 정부의 부동산 정책 변화에 대한 비판을 반박했습니다. 대통령은 정책 고수가 무조건 옳다고 주장하며, 종합부동산세 감면 상한 및 세 부담 상한 변경안 철회에 대한 비판은 정책 전체를 고려하지 않은 일부적인 시각이라고 지적했습니다. 강남 지역 주택 가격 하락 원인을 분석해야 한다며, 초기 정책 방향을 유지했다면 비난이 없었을 것이라고 반문했습니다. 대통령은 허위 선동과 음해적인 비난보다는 건설적인 정치 경쟁이 필요하다고 강조했습니다.

The president argued that sticking to the policy was unconditionally right and that criticism of the withdrawal of the comprehensive real estate tax reduction ceiling and tax burden ceiling amendment was a partial view that did not consider the entire policy. He pointed out the need to analyze the reasons for the decline in housing prices in the Gangnam area, arguing that there would have been no criticism if the initial policy direction had been maintained. The president emphasized the need for constructive political competition rather than false instigation and malicious criticism.
