Partai oposisi mengejar pemakzulan dengan mendefinisikan deklarasi hukum darurat darurat Presiden Yoon sebagai pelanggaran konstitusi, namun partai penguasa tidak berpartisipasi dalam pemungutan suara dan meminta maaf kepada rakyat sambil menjanjikan untuk menyelesaikan krisis politik.
