5월 한국은행 통계에 따르면 주택담보대출 금리가 한 달 만에 0.01%p 증가하여 연 4.32%를 기록했습니다. 전체 가계대출 금리 또한 0.03%p 상승한 반면, 일반신용대출 금리는 0.14%p 하락하며 3개월 만에 감소세를 보였습니다. 고정형 금리 비중은 주택담보대출 및 가계대출 모두 감소하는 추세입니다. 예금은행의 예금금리는 0.01%p 상승한 연 2.93%로, 예대금리차는 0.02%p 감소했습니다. 비은행 금융기관들의 예금 및 대출 금리 또한 전반적으로 상승했습니다.
According to Bank of Korea statistics for May, mortgage rates increased by 0.01%p after one month, reaching an annual rate of 4.32%. Overall household loan rates also rose by 0.03%p, while general credit loan rates declined by 0.14%p, showing a decrease for the first time in three months. The proportion of fixed-rate loans shows a declining trend for both mortgage and household loans. Deposit banks' deposit rates increased by 0.01%p to an annual rate of 2.93%, with the loan-deposit rate spread narrowing by 0.02%p. Deposit and loan rates at non-bank financial institutions also generally increased.
Menurut statistik Bank of Korea untuk Mei, suku bunga kredit properti meningkat 0,01%p setelah sebulan, mencapai tingkat tahunan 4,32%.
