Belakangan ini, gelombang panas yang ekstrem menyebabkan peningkatan jumlah penderita penyakit akibat panas, serta kematian hewan ternak dan kerusakan tanaman. Pada tanggal 13, terdapat 636 penderita penyakit akibat panas, meningkat lebih dari 100 orang dibandingkan hari sebelumnya, dan diperkirakan akan terus meningkat.
