대검찰청은 6월 형사부 우수 사례로 광주지검 수사팀을 선정했습니다. 광주지검은 '여고생 흉기 살인' 사건에서 단순 살인죄로 송치된 장윤기 씨에 대해 보완 수사를 통해 성폭행 목적의 납치살인임을 밝혀냈습니다. 이들은 휴대전화, 블랙박스 분석, 계좌 및 통화 내역 조사 등을 통해 범행 동기를 규명했습니다. 또한 피해자 유족에게 필요한 지원을 제공하며 사건 해결에 힘썼습니다. 이 외에도 배달 플랫폼 개인정보 무단 조회 사건을 밝혀낸 광주지검 검사와 중국인 불법 사금융 사업자를 기소한 서울동부지검 검사들도 우수 사례로 선정되었습니다.
The Supreme Prosecutors' Office selected the Gwangju District Prosecutors' Office investigation team as an outstanding case in June by the Criminal Division. The Gwangju District Prosecutors' Office revealed that Jang Yoon-gi, who was indicted for simple murder in the 'female high school student stabbing murder' case, committed kidnapping and murder for sexual assault purposes through supplementary investigations. They identified the motive of the crime through analysis of mobile phones and black boxes, investigation of account and call records, etc. They also provided necessary support to the victim's bereaved family and worked hard to resolve the case. In addition, prosecutors from the Gwangju District Prosecutors' Office who uncovered the case of unauthorized access to personal information on delivery platforms, and prosecutors from the Seoul Eastern District Prosecutors' Office who indicted Chinese illegal loan sharks were also selected as outstanding cases.
Kejaksaan Agung telah memilih tim investigasi Kejaksaan Tinggi Gwangju sebagai kasus terbaik di divisi pidana pada bulan Juni. Kejaksaan Tinggi Gwangju mengungkap bahwa Jang Yun-gi, yang awalnya didakwa dengan pembunuhan sederhana dalam kasus "Pembunuhan Siswi SMA dengan Senjata Tajam", sebenarnya melakukan penculikan dan pembunuhan dengan motif pelecehan seksual.
