조주빈은 '박사방' 관련 미성년자 성착취 및 강제추행 혐의로 총 47년 4개월의 징역형이 확정되었습니다. 그는 형량이 부당하다며 헌법소원을 제기했으나, 헌법재판소는 기각했습니다. 헌재는 이미 확정된 판결에 대해서는 사실관계나 양형을 다시 심사할 수 없다는 점과 상고심의 심리 부담 증가 가능성을 이유로 조주빈의 주장을 받아들이지 않았습니다. 조주빈은 2019년부터 미성년자를 포함한 여성 피해자들을 협박하여 성착취물을 제작하고 유포했으며, 강제추행 혐의도 인정받았습니다.

Jo Joo-bin has been found guilty of coercing female victims, including minors, into creating and distributing sexually exploitative materials since 2019, and has also been charged with forced molestation.
